About Wear & Smile

Wear & Smile is a Swedish sustainable clothing brand with a Showroom in Stockholm.

Our garments are timeless, comfortable, feminine, well-tailored, with many combination possibilities – all with a combination of French elegance and Nordic minimalism. They are for modern women who are tired of wear-and-tear fashion.

We want to give all women the opportunity to be able to order/modify desired garments, to be able to choose both a personal and unique clothing style, which also contributes to less waste and thus increased durability.

We give advice already when choosing fabric and offer customers a unique opportunity to follow the entire process for their particular garment.

With our passion, we seek perfection in everything, from choosing fabrics of the best quality, first-class sewing, and an excellent fit in all garments.

Sustainable fashion- for real

In our DNA, sustainability is a matter of course, throughout the chain, from production to the recycling of garments, where worn-out garments become new fabrics, and these new fabrics can become new dresses. The durable circle is closed.

All of the above means a constant effort to improve at all levels, material selection, production, transport, recycling, recycling, and also working conditions.

The fabrics are carefully selected and are excluded from the best European suppliers. They are certified according to OEKO-1000 TEX, made of organic, chemical-free natural material.

The collections are designed in Stockholm and manufactured in an experienced sewing studio in Latvia in strictly limited quantities.

Hand-sewn clothes mean that the steps are mainly done by hand, such as laying out the pattern on the fabric and cutting out the pattern parts. We take care of all cutting and save fabric waste that can be used for other things, such as shawls and scarves.

Our philosophers are based on having a minimal stock, sewing the clothes in a limited edition, we simply distance ourselves from mass production.

That fabric is transported via the shortest possible mileage in Europe, we use exclusively trains and/or freight companies with environmentally friendly fuels.
