FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
1. WHAT SIZE SHOULD I ORDER?
We know sizing can be tricky when shopping online, and we’re here to help in any way we can. Take a look at our Sizing Guide on all of our product pages. Then, email us at email@example.com for a sizing recommendation. Send us your bust, waist, and hip measurements along with your height and (optional) weight.
2. HAS MY ORDER BEEN ACCEPTED?
After your payment has been accepted you will be redirected to a page confirming your payment. You will then receive a confirmation email which will include the details of your order.
If you do not appear to have received this email, we advise you to check in your spam email. You can always contact our customer service indicating the date and the sum of the order.
3. Can I cancel my order after I have placed it?
Once the email with confirmation of your order has been sent, you will no longer be able to cancel your order. However, it is possible for you to return your garment within 30 days of delivery.
4. How can I exchange the garment I just received?
We are able to accept exchanges for garments that are unworn and in good condition within 30 days of delivery. If you need to exchange a garment you received, email our Customer Team at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we’ll get everything taken care of for you!
5. How can I return the garment I just received?
We are able to accept returns for garments that are unworn and in good condition within 30 days of delivery. Email our Customer Team at email@example.com to get the return process started!
6. ARE YOU ABLE TO UPDATE ME ON THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
We’re here to give you updates every step of the way! Email our Customer Team at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we’ll let you know when to expect your order.
7. CAN I UPDATE THE SHIPPING ADDRESS ON MY ORDER?
For sure! If you order hasn’t shipped yet, we can change your address. Email our Customer Team at email@example.com with your new address, and we’ll make sure everything is updated.
8. HOW DO I CARE FOR MY GARMENT?
Care instructions are listed under “Details” tab on all of our product pages. Mostly of our garments, with the exception of outwear and some knits, can be washed at 30 C and dried in your washing machine.
9. CAN I SET UP A SHOP APPOINTMENT?
As an online company, creating time to see you in person is so important to us. We welcome customers to visit our shop and try clothes on in person and to see where your clothing is designed.
