Pre-order
Each pre-order garment is handmade to order once it has been ordered and paid for in full by the customer.
Please allow 2 – 3 weeks for the making and sending of your item once purchased.
This can differ depending on order demand at the time and which country you are ordering from.
Shipping method
We ship everything with FedEx or UPC. It is important that you provide your mobile phone number at the registration. Once your item(s) has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information from FedEx/UPC, where you can monitor your order.

Delivery time
Delivery time within Sweden is 3–4 working days (Standard delivery). If you prefer your delivery with FedEx/UPC Express Service, please contact us via email: info@wearandsmile.com
International delivery time is around 5–8 working days. No responsibility is taken for sold out products. If only a part of your order is in stock, we will ship what is available and inform you directly.
All custom-made products require a separate order from our cooperation atelier. Please allow up to 15-20 business day for your order to be shipped. If you have preference regarding garment length or concerns with sizing please let us know while placing an order.
Import customs duties
Outside the European Union, custom fees or other taxes and charges may be added to the purchase price.
Local import customs duties may be applicable and should be paid in your own country.
